Google maps for a very long time delayed updating the satellite view of gaza, its updated but out of date even today, even war torn ukraine was updated more frequently if i remember. im not sure if anyone knows why they did this or who pressured them

im just realising how easy it is to hit your protein goals with vegan ingredients if you are not particularl about taste! someone once told me that there are those who _live to eat_ and the rest _eat to live_ im squarely in the second category - i can eat just eat salted boiled soya chunks everyday! no fancy recipe needed 😂

i realised this after seeing a instagram snapshot where someone posted a photo of plain seared chicken breast and plain rice as their gym "meal" the comment below read - "bro the 10 extra calories from spices are worth it" but that requires cooking and time that one may not have or just dont have the patience to do it everyday

so just saying, modern fancy meals, even basic everyday food is kinda new relatively speaking with how long we have been around just watch some videos on the YouTube channel Townsends about 17/18th century cooking or great depression cooking with clara - how simple and rudimentary the ingredients were but yet had full nutrition modern diets are literally killing us, wouldn't hurt to receed a little bit here - cut sugar, eat less animal origin products, eat simpler cooked recipes etc
