did you know what long pressing a notification on Android and clicking settings or similar based on your os, takes you to the specific category of that notification?
you can then just turn that off and keep the important ones, usually developers dont put descriptive names here so you need to rely on this method to sus out the correct category to disable
there must be something similar in ios too!
